We are convinced that the cooperation between the two companies will help us to develop our activities and to meet future needs – in the interests of our employees, customers and suppliers.”

Tomasz Krasinski, Managing Director of SARIA Polska, commented: “The activities of the JKK companies are a perfect fit with our existing operations. This merger will enable us to combine our expertise and expand our product portfolio. As a result, we will be able to respond effectively to market needs and offer customers and suppliers the best possible services and a wide range of high-quality products.”
